Dosage
Mixing in Shaker: To mix place 2 scoops of HYDRO-ISO into Next Generation Supplements high quality, leak proof shaker and fill with approximately 200-250ml of Water (Milk can be used if desired). Close lid and shake for 5-10 seconds. For enhanced results place 1 teaspoon of Pure Glutamine into shaker with protein then add water.
Mixing in Glass: To mix place 2 scoops of HYDRO-ISO into a glass and fill with approximately 200-250ml of Water or milk, and stir with spoon for 15 seconds.

Q. What exactly is Hydro-Iso?
A. Hydro-Iso is named accordingly as a hydrolyzed whey protein Isolate. Hydrolyzed in this context relates to high quality digestive enzymes that have been placed into this formula to assist with digestion and absorbtion. Approximately 16% of this formula (hydro-Iso)contains enzymes which sets this formula apart from most other Whey protein Isolates on the market. Accordingly, individuals who have had digestive issues with protein in the past have found that hydro-Iso simply does not cause these issues. The’Iso’ part of this formula relates to the whey Protein Isolate which is the highest grade (quality) of whey protein that can be produced, free of most impurities. Extracted via dairy in the same method that whey protein concentrate is extracted, whey protein Isolate is filtered moreso, allowing for a purer product hence the lack of fat, carbohydrates and lactose in hydro-Iso. As an adittional feature, introducing hydrolysed enzymes into this formula creates an environment that reduces the potential for allergic reactions. (Be aware that New Zealand, parts of Europe and Australian products need to specify allergin information on the packaging however this is not a requirement for products manufacturerd in America and some parts of Europe but sold in Australia)
Q. What are the main differences between Megapro and Hydro-Iso?
A. Megapro is a blend of whey protein Isolate (WPI) and whey protein concentrate (WPC) with 5% skim milk powder. Hydro-Iso is simply a straight Isolate with hydrolyzed enzymes in it. Megapro is your more generic protein powder which is recommended to most individuals including trained athletes, elite athletes and generic individuals. The small amount of carbohydrates included in Megapro with the low levels of fat is much more beneficial as a general rule. Megapro is also absorbed quite rapidly however not as quickly as hydro-Iso. The shear nature of an isolate (WPI) being so well filtered/pure allows for even greater (more rapid) absorption however this also means that the product is rapidly utilised so the release of protein into the system does not last as long as the Megapro. Simply put, the Megapro remains in your body for longer and therefore allows for greater recovery. Hydro-Iso has its place. Firstly each serve is much higher in protein compared to the Megapro (Megapro is mid-high 60% of protein per serve and hydro-Iso is 80-83% of protein per serve), each serve of hydro-Iso is much lower in carbohydrates and also much lower in fat (refer to the nutritional panels on each product page). Needless to say that the calories consumed per serving in hydro-Iso are lower than with Megapro. Hydro-Iso is also lactose free and may therefore be appealing to those with either lactose intolerances or allergies to milk/dairy. Last but most importantly, people who are suseptible to digestive issues when consuming protein do not have these issues when consuming the hydro-Iso. In summary Hydro-Iso has less than a gram of fat and sugar per serve and is lactose free.
