MEGA-GROW is a high calorie formula with a balanced nutritional profile designed for maximum results. Taking MEGA-GROW twice daily should assist with weight gain. It is important whilst taking MEGA-GROW that 3 daily meals are consumed on top of the two MEGA-GROW serves per day. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner therefore must still be part of your daily nutritional intake with the added two MEGA-GROW shakes which can be consumed at any stage of the day. Prior to going to sleep is an appropriate time to be taking MEGA-GROW as the combination of Protein, carbohydrates and quality fats will allow for your body to soak up extra calories and sustain a slow release of these calories whilst you sleep. Between meals or whenever you feel hungry can also be a suitable time to be taking MEGA-GROW. To maximise your size/weight gains with MEGA-GROW it is encouraged that you eliminate cardio vascular exercise/activity from your training routine or at the very least, minimise the amount of ‘cardio’ you perform whilst trying to gain weight

Active Ingredients
Mega-Grow protien blend (whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, micellar casein, ), maltodextrin antioxidant (306)), coca powder (2.5%), flavour, vegetable gum (415), emulsifier (soy lecithin), sucralose.
Dosage
- Add two scoops into a shaker and fill water level to 400ml mark(use cold/chilled water).Close lid and shake thoroughly. Remember that this product contains high quality fats and will require thorough shaking to ensure smooth texture for consumption. Shake thoroughly for approximately 30 seconds
