Refunds

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions :

- Where we have sent you the incorrect product

- Products are faulty or damaged

- All refunds are dependent on goods being returned to us (see “returns” below) for

inspection.

- You must notify us with 7 days of receiving the goods and they are returned to us within 14

days of you contacting us about the return

- Refunds will only be given on products – there will be no refunds on posting/shipping

charges
