My top 3 supplements are:
Mega Pro
I take mega pro WPI/WPC as my major supplement. I struggle to keep weight on in peak training periods. I like the Vanilla Delight, I often blend it with frozen fruit, maca or cocoa powder and some sort of fats, generally coconut milk. I take it post training to help recovery and also between meals, 3- 4 times a day. I have a pretty sensitive stomach and have had protein disagree with me in the past but Mega Pro gets along with me just fine.
Re Fuel
I take Re-Fuel during my training sessions, I mix 2 scoops re-fuel with 1 scoop dextrose and I find it keeps my energy levels balanced throughout a session and helps with recovery.
ZMA
ZMA helps with muscle tension and relieving cramps. I take 2 capsules twice a day, morning and night.

Top 3 Products:
Hydro Iso – I love this protein for the quality and taste and low calories. Great for fast absorption after training.
BCCA’s Re Fuel – Contains both BCAA’s and EAA’s and is very low in sugar which is perfect for a good diet.
Megamass – Highest quality and strongest potency allows me to get the best results.

My top Next Generation products are:
Hydro Iso Protein
I use Hydro Iso Protein in my eating plan as it's a great way for me to meet my protein requirements
Creatine
Creatine has been proven to enhance performance and I include this when I get ready for my major competitions

My top 3 favourite Next Generation products are:
Hydro Iso Vanilla flavour
Easy to mix and super tasting, an ultra high quality whey isolate that is rapidly digested is extremely important post training. Additionally, the flavour and texture is always consistent meaning I don’t get any surprises between bags, and because I use in bulk (3kg size) it’s always re-assuring
Next will be the Mega Mass Forte
As a natural athlete and now as I’m in my mid 30’s, maximising my testosterone levels naturally is extremely important to me, both personally and from a sporting perspective
And I can’t go past the Mega Low bars
As we know, the majority of proteins bars that are on the market are nothing more than just ‘sugar’ bars with a little extra protein. Not only are the Mega low bars low in carbs and fats as stated, but they taste great and are not dry at all. In fact, they are too easy to eat
  Acetyl-L-Carnitine
I love the new orange flavour and tend to mix it with "Re-Fuel" during my long rides of 3-4 hours, where I'm teaching my body to convert & utilize stored fat as a source of energy. Otherwise I try to remember to have it on a daily basis to enhance fat-burning, energy & mental clarity.
Glutamine
This vital amino feeds & protects the cells in my GI tract allowing me to stay immune to any nasty colds/flus that may come along with high volume training. I use 10g after training & 10g before bed.
Re-Fuel
My absolute favourite product! This BCAA formula protects my hard-earned muscle tissue from wasting away during long, intense training sessions and more importantly, allows me to achieve 100% muscle recovery in LESS than 24hours! Every athlete on this planet who isn't already using BCAA's is NOT recovering as fast as they should be! Seriously guys, get on it! I use 5g per hour during long rides or 5g pre & post swim/run sessions.
  My top 3 products:
Hydro-ISO
I use it before and after training. Great Taste, mixes extremely easy with water and Zero stomach Bloat.
Pure Glutamine
I use it all year round before and after training. Most important when I’m dieting hard to prevent muscle loss and its Micronised/Pure formula is easy on the stomach.
MegaLow Bars
Eat them when I can’t get a hold of any food. Travelling in a car, in a meeting, shopping…. it’s very convenient with no mess, Taste Great, slow digesting and very little sugars.

Top 3 Next Generation products are:
Mega Pro
I can’t tell you which flavour is my favourite as they're all so good. Vanilla and Choc Mint are unbeatable! I use mega-pro before and after every Gym and High Intensity Cardio session. (about 80gs with 120gs of rolled oats with water in a shaker) BCAA’s RE-FUEL
I use Refuel before morning cardio, during training and added to my water when my water gets a little dull. It tastes good and BCAA's are anti-catabolic, which is always a good thing! Raspberry was my favourite, but grape is where it’s at! COMBUST
I like to stick combust in my BCAA's during training, keeping my creatine levels primed and I can feel the arginine, zinc and magnesium pump my muscles full and let me keep on repping!

Acetyl-L-Carnitine for enhancing utilisation of fat as an energy source helping me achieve a leaner physique plus it keeps me going during low carbohydrate phases. I take 2 1/2 teaspoons daily, 1 serve pre workout and 1 serve 30 mins before my cardio session in the evening.
