Protein Waffles

Protein Waffles Recipe

Ingredients:

3/4 cup apple sauce

2 scoops Achieva protein powder in Vanilla Ice Cream

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1/2 cup fine oats

1 teaspoon baking powder

Any toppings of your choice

 

Method:

Whisk the eggs, apple sauce, vanilla extract and coconut oil

Blend the oats in a blender, add them to the mixture and combine

Add protein powder and mix well

Pour batter into waffle iron and cook until crisp

Add toppings of your choice. We love raspberries and blueberries!
