Policy of Returns.

If a product is deemed by us to be faulty or damaged, or if your order has been incorrectly processed by us it will be replaced at no cost to you upon return of the original order. In most cases, you will be asked to provide a photo of the damaged/incorrect item. In the event that replacement stock is not available, you may select alternative product or receive a refund of the initial charge.

Please contact us immediately on 1800 288 019 or via the Contact Us link on our website to arrange return stock. You must notify us of a problem within 7 days of receiving the goods and they must be returned to us within 14 days of you contacting us about the return.


We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
