Most weight gainers have a very high concentration of carbs and sugars.
That makes them cheap but also nasty and only effective as weight gained predominantly in the form of fluid fat.
Be careful when selecting your weight gainer. Most people want quality weight gain and not fat/fluid gain.
Quality weight gain means lean tissue/muscle gain.
If you’re putting weight on too rapidly then chances are a large percentage is fat/fluid.
It’s also highly recommended that you minimise or eliminate where possible any form of moderate to vigorous cardio vascular activity whilst trying to put weight on

In essence creatine monohydrate is an ingredient naturally found in meats in particular red meats but also in fish and eggs.
The small amounts of creatine in food acts in an identical manner to supplementing with creatine, however supplementing with creatine allows for much greater quantities of creatine to enter your cells.

If you are not drinking enough water whilst supplementing with creatine it is likely you will end up being dry in the mouth and the lips and potentially form a mild headache.
These symptoms can all be alleviated by increasing your water intake whilst on creatine which will enhance the results anyway.
