Banana Protein Breakfast bowl


1.5 cups instant oats.

1 ripe banana (1/2 mashed, ½ sliced to top with)

1.5 cups water

½ scoop Achieva Trimming & Toning protein Vanilla flavour.

½ handful toasted macadamia nuts (chopped)

1 pinch ground cinnamon.

Black Chia seeds.

Coconut flakes.


Combine oats, mashed banana, cinnamon and water in a small pan over low heat. Stir until warm and creamy. Add Achieva protein and stir. Remove from heat and place in serving bowl.

Top with remainder of banana, nuts, chia seeds and coconut. Eat and enjoy!
