- 3/4 cup organic instant oats
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 scoops of Achieva women’s trimming and toning formula (vanilla or chocolate, depending on your taste preference)
- 1 handful of fresh raspberries
Place almond milk and oats in small pot and heat until it is your preferred consistently.
Add 1 to 2 scoops of Achieva women’s trimming and toning protein formula.
Top with your choice of fresh fruits or nuts, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or slices of banana are a great option.
